Care Instructions
Please follow the washing guidance on the label. As each giraffe is softly filled, it may not stand unsupported — gently lean or position it as part of your nursery styling. On arrival, lightly redistribute the filling to shape and support its form. 

The label shows polyester for both the outer and inner materials because this wording was required for import classification. The outer fabric is still cotton, but the import documentation needed the item to be declared under a polyester-based textile category. This does not affect the materials used or the safety of the product.

Shipping and Delivery

All Little Fae playmats are carefully hand-packed by our founder, Jess, at our UK warehouse. We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. For mainland UK orders (excluding pre-orders).

Delivery: Typically within 7 working days from the next working day after your order is placed. We partner with Parcelforce and Royal Mail for reliable delivery, and you’ll receive a notification once your parcel is out for delivery.

International orders
For orders outside mainland UK, any local taxes or import duties are payable by the customer in accordance with our terms and conditions.
