How long will delivery take?
Delivery to the UK is currently free for orders over £50 and for orders under this amount, we charge £2.95. We aim for your parcel to be with you within 3-7 working days of placing your order. However, please do make allowances for delays due to the current climate. If you need your parcel to be delivered to you sooner then we can offer delivery upgrades. If you have any issues or queries then please do not hesitate to contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org Delivery in Europe can take up to 14 working days. We are working hard to get deliveries to you as soon as possible. Pre order will take slightly longer. Next day delivery is currently unavailable, however if you need something urgent then please email us.
Where are your parcels dispatched from?
All of our play mats are dispatched from the UK.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we are only shipping in the UK and Europe. However, if your country does not show up on the delivery options then please sent an email to email@example.com then we can find out the cost for you. Any import taxes for shipping outside the UK will be payable by yourselves.
Which shipping company will you use?
We are currently using Evri, Yodel and Parcel Force in the UK, UPS and DPD for international orders. You will get a notification when your order is dispatched.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order is dispatched, so you are able to track it.
I can't find my order confirmation
If you haven't received an email confirmation within 24 hours then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can email you your order confirmation (providing the order was successful).
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you notice that something is incorrect on your order such as delivery address or you wish to cancel, then please send us an email to email@example.com as soon as you can. If we have processed your order or dispatched it then you may be liable for the delivery costs incurred and the cost of planting a tree. Please also be careful that you haven't duplicated the order because we won't be able to refund you on the postage if the order has been processed/dispatched.
