1. Daily Wipe-Downs

Our playmats are crafted with a premium PU leather surface that’s designed to be wipeable and waterproof. For everyday cleaning:

• Use a soft, damp cloth or sponge
• Add a drop of mild soap or baby-safe detergent if needed
• Gently wipe the surface and allow it to air dry before rolling

Avoid scrubbing or using harsh cleaning sprays, which can wear down the surface over time.

2. Dealing with Stains and Spills

Food, crayons, muddy feet—whatever life throws at your mat, here’s how to handle it:

• Fresh spills: Wipe immediately with a clean damp cloth
• Stubborn marks: Try a solution of warm water and diluted dish soap; for tougher stains, a non-toxic baby wipe can help
• Avoid: Bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, or anything abrasive (like scrubbing pads)

If using a new cleaning product, patch test in a corner first.

3. Storage Tips

If you’re not using your mat daily, proper storage will help it last:

• Wipe clean and allow to fully dry before rolling
• Store with the patterned side facing outwards to protect the inner foam
• Keep out of direct sunlight and away from damp or humid areas

We recommend using the original Velcro straps to keep it secure—many customers also store theirs in a breathable mat bag or under the sofa. Do not throw these away!
